And Tonight We Have Pizza Scraps!
Our old cat, Toaster, has taken up residence under the workbench in the garage, where the kittens don't bother her, so we had to put her sheepskin out there for her to lay on, and improvise a cat door for her to go outside, where she likes to lay on the sunny hillside and snooze. However, someone else has found the cat door.

I think you can get a cat door with a magnetic lock. Your cat wears a matching (?) magnet around it's neck to get the door to open. Or something like that.
You know, we looked at those in a catalogue when we put in our cat doors to the greenhouse, but I was afraid the magnet was kind of clunky for a cat to lug aroud...maybe they've gotten smaller.
