Yay! Tree frogs! We've had a fairly warm winter, or at least periodically warm, and have been serenaded by cricket frogs, spring peepers, and leopard frogs (which we call "chuckles" - not sure who, they're all called "chuckles"). No tree frogs though.
Wayne,
Nothing like sitting in the screen porch, listening to frogs peeping on a warm summer night, with a cold beer in your hand.

Don, I say "serenaded" but on the very best nights, and over the years they've increased in number until last year it was over half the spring and summer, the peeping and calling and grunting and chuckling and squealing are so loud you can't the person next to you speak. Which is just fine!
Wayne,
Fortunately our pond is full of bass, which hold down the frogs, but we have some friends with a swamp in their backyard, who have to keep their windows closed in the summer... the frogs start making so much noise that their dog starts barking at them!
